A. Press Lock Gratings:

In this press lock type of Gratings, both load-bearing bars and crossbars are rectangular flat bars. The advantages in this type of gratings are flexibility in mesh sizes, any load bar size height, and thickness as per client’s requirements. Load bars are notched at top and crossbars are inserted by means of pressing in this type of gratings. Gratings with load-bearing bars and crossbars of the same sizes also possible in this type.

Our gratings are produced with a wide range of meshes and bearing bar sizes for use in an environment where heat and corrosion resistance are major problems.

Our gratings are available in 304, 304L, 316 & 316L alloys.

B. Pass Thru Gratings:

In this Pass thru type of Gratings, load-bearing bars are rectangular flat bars and crossbars are round bars. The construction of this type of gratings is crossbars are inserted thru the center punch of flat bars. These gratings are available with a wide range of meshes and Load bar sizes. Our gratings are available in 304, 304L, 316 & 316L alloys.

C. Welded Gratings:

In this type of Gratings, load-bearing bars are rectangular flat bars and crossbars used are round bars, Square bars, or twisted square bars. In this type of gratings, load bars are top notched. All the nodal areas of Load bearing bars and crossbars are manually welded. Our gratings are available in 304, 304L, 316 & 316L alloys.

These gratings are available with a wide range of meshes and Load bar sizes.
